Alliance Corporate Secretaries Limited (ACSL) provides comprehensive Company Secretarial Governance and Regulatory Compliance Services. Registered as a limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2012, ACSL specializes in advising on business establishment matters in Nigeria and facilitates the incorporation of companies at the CAC.
ACSL also supports start-ups and existing companies in structuring foreign equity participation and obtaining necessary foreign investment approvals, as mandated by law. This includes registration with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission and securing a business permit.
