Oyindamola is a corporate commercial and governance expert with 18+ years’ experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives across energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality and impact investing.

She has been a strategic adviser on multi-million dollar acquisitions as well as high stake commercial transactions where she led on due diligence workstreams, negotiations and finalised transaction documentation. She has also driven various organisational improvement projects including regulatory change & impact management, governance design and implementation, compliance management design and automation.

Oyindamola has served as company secretary to various boards and board committees, establishing board structures, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring clearer oversight and disciplined decision-making. She also serves as a non-executive board member of a UK not for profit organisation.

She mentors and advises African startups in various sectors including fintech and healthtech.
