Ebele is the Practice Director of the firm, she over-sees the Practice Administration and Human Resources. She has overtwenty years senior management experience and has workedas a lawyer in private practice, in-house counsel, human resources manager and practice manager.

She was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of SIOtel Limited and the Legal/ Human Resources Manager of ABB Powerlines Limited amongst others. She is a self-motivated and meticulous team player with a proven track record of initiating and developing processes and standards.

Prior to joining Alliance Law Firm, Ebele worked for seven years at G. Elias & Co, a top-tier business law firm, as the Practice Manager and ISO Coordinator of the firm playing a major role in the certification and recertification of the firm’s quality management system.

Ebele has attended executive education courses including human resource management at the Lagos Business School, Advanced Administrative Management Conference at South Africa and Law Practice Management by the Law Society of England and Wales. She was also a facilitator at the
Corporate Legal Counsel Conference in Nairobi, Kenya.
