Mujeeb Ishola

Ishola Mujeeb Oluwafemi is a result-driven legal practitioner with extensive experience in litigation and advisory services. He is a forward-thinking advocate with a strong interest in the development of Nigerian law, particularly at the intersection of law, policy, and society.

He has successfully handled several legal matters and notably, he was involved in the landmark decision in Kuda Bank v. Mrs. Amarachi Blessing, where the Court of Appeal clarified the scope of banks’ regulatory powers under Central Bank of Nigeria guidelines in relation to contractual terms and conditions.

Mujeeb is known for his professionalism, integrity, and approachable demeanor, supported by a solid understanding of Nigerian legal and regulatory frameworks. He currently serves as the Secretary-General of the ABUAD Alumni Association and is pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Lagos.

In addition, he has presided over several moot competitions, including the University of Lagos Mooting Society Moot Competition and the Lagos State University Faculty of Law Moot Competition, demonstrating his commitment to legal advocacy and mentorship.
