Onyinyechi is an Executive Associate with the firm’s Corporate Finance department. She is an astute and result-driven lawyer who is passionate about delivering excellence to clients. She has in-depth knowledge advising Domestic, Multinational and International Clients on a whole range of legal issues involving capital markets, financing, and securities generally.

She conducts in-depth research. drafting. and advocacy services in these practice areas. She has represented and still represents clients in various Courts in Nigeria. Her utmost priority is to be an accomplished professional who renders excellent services to her clients and also showcases the firm in a good light.

As an undergraduate. she won several awards including that of the best graduating student in her class. She also rendered services as a volunteer to the Students’ Council on Legal Aid (SCOLA), an organisation that renders mediation services and represents students in the student court in the protection of their rights and interests. She is also a volunteer of Slum and Rural Health Initiative (SRHIN). A non-governmental organisation (NGO) that provides healthcare information and services to communities in Africa where she renders services related to corporate and intellectual property rights in respect of projects handled by the NGO.
