Lynda Ugo Ezike has a dual and eclectic background in Economics and Law – which has afforded her the profound ability to apply apical logical reasoning and analytical skills to the most complex legal issues. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Southampton. She also holds an LLM in oil and gas law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland – of which she had a distinction. As an internationally trained lawyer, she has garnered multinational experience in Energy & Oil and Gas transactions, Taxation, Corporate Commercial, Company Secretarial & corporate governance matters, Indigenous Law, Data Protection Law, Technology Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, Lynda possesses scholarly and applaudable skills in legal research and writing. She has also actively participated in the provision of pro-bono legal services to international Organizations, with the aim of providing access to justice for all. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Association of Women Lawyers (Calgary), the International Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
