Alliance Law Firm Advised Neconde Energy Limited On The $640 Million Senior Secured Medium Term Loan Facility

Alliance Law Firm has acted as transaction Solicitor and Adviser to Neconde Energy Limited (“Neconde”) on the successful refinancing and restructuring of its existing $640 Million (Circa N2.3 Trillion) Senior Secured Medium Term Loan Facility Agreement with a consortium of local and international banks. The local banks involved are Access Bank, Fidelity Bank, Zenith Bank and First Bank of Nigeria’s UK subsidiary i.e. First Bank (UK) Limited.
